The SELF WATERING POT is a small Hydroponic herb garden, an indoor planter for people who love to cook and want fresh herbs right in their kitchen. It waters small pants such as succulents and herbs for up to four weeks.
The glass bottles were hand carved with TROPICAL LEAVES PATTERN and ultimately upcycled into a new functional and elegant self-watering vase.
The planter keeps a constant amount of moisture in the soil, thanks to the cotton string provided in the kit, which transfers the water upwards from the bottom water container to the top planter. It only needs a refill after 3-4 weeks, depending on the season.

The bottle planter was handcrafted from repurposed red wine bottles, diamond cut, sanded and polished, leaving a smooth finish with no rough or sharp edges.
The cork stripes decorate the glass edges providing a gentle fitting between upper planter vase and bottom water container, for further protection.
