No returns

Please note that Anarkhiadesign does not accept returns. All sales are final. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before confirming their purchase.

Damaged items

Despite our best efforts, your order may arrive damaged. If this happens, please contact us immediately. We offer insurance for items that are damaged upon arrival.

To file a claim for a damaged item, please send us an email at anarkhiadesign@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name and address
  • A description of the damage
  • Photographic evidence of the damage

Once we receive your claim, we will review it and respond within 20 days.
